Elizabeth A. Caldwell
Elizabeth A. Caldwell Beth graduated from Ohio State University in 1991. Prior to joining Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates as a full – time staff appraiser in 1991, Beth worked for several years at Buckholz & Caldwell on a part–time basis, learning the appraisal business through report processing and research analysis has given Beth the insight needed by an appraiser. Beth is a State licensed residential appraiser and she is also a candidate through the American Society of Appraisers for the ASA designation. Beth is on the Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers for HUD/FHA appraisal work. RETURN TO TOP Robert J. Coyle Bob graduated from Cleveland State University in 1985 and then joined the Cuyahoga County Auditors Office as a Deputy Auditor. Bob began appraising residential real estate for the County in 1986. This work included new subdivisions and the determination of special assessments. In 1990 Bob joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates as a staff appraiser. Bob is a licensed real estate agent and has served as an instructor at Cuyahoga Community College where he taught various appraisal and real estate courses. Bob has a residential appraisal license from the state of Ohio. Bob has been appointed by HUD as a 203K rehabilitation plan consultant.RETURN TO TOP Ray Sabbaghzadeh Ray joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in August of 1997. He started appraising in 1992 with five years of real estate sales background. Ray transferred to Cleveland State University after graduating from Cuyahoga Community College with a Business Administration degree. Ray is a state Certified Residential appriaser and is HUD approved for FHA assignments.RETURN TO TOP Michael S. Harris Michael Stephen Harris is a graduate of Villa Angela – Saint Joseph High School. He also attended Cuyahoga Community College, Ohio State University, Central State, and Cleveland State University. Michael started his real estate career at the Educational Exchange. Mike has over 5000 hours of field experience appraising in a variety of markets including: Summit, Portage, Lorain and Cuyahoga counties. Mike began his real estate appraisal career in 1995 and received his license in 1998. Mike joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in 1998. He specializes in appraising residential properties.
